I Am the SEC
The Brief
The SEC needed a documentary series that put a human face on one of the nation's most recognized — and least understood — federal regulatory agencies. The challenge: translate abstract policy and complex financial regulation into a visual narrative that millions of everyday investors could connect with.
As creative lead, I directed the visual strategy from concept through delivery — scripting, cinematography, motion graphics, and post-production — while serving as creative advisor to executive stakeholders across communications, legal, and policy teams.
The result: a nationally distributed series that established a new visual standard for the agency's public engagement content, balancing institutional credibility with documentary intimacy.
